I purchased a vehicle from this dealer in September of 2025. While the process was smooth and the sales staff (Joe) were easy to talk to, the post-purchase experience was not exactly stress-free. This business runs on a very tight margin, and a sudden loss of staff caused delays for my vehicle's DMV paperwork, which is part of their dealer processing fee. Dealer selection is generally good, and I can't really fault them for the experience, it's hard when you have staffing problems. I am happy with my purchase and I would recommend this dealer, just be sure to follow up with their front office staff to ensure that everything you want delivered is delivered in a timely fashion. They provided a free CARFAX report for the vehicle, which was very helpful for informing my decision to buy. I did have to take the vehicle to my mechanic for some overdue maintenance items, but this is something I expect with any pre-owned vehicle purchase.

Joe and the team at Virginia Auto & Truck were amazing to work with! They got me approved for a vehicle and behind the wheel quickly and hassle free. Their vehicles come with a free carfax report so there are no surprises and they stand behind the vehicles they sell. I would absolutely purchase from them again!!

The owner was super helpful and friendly I bought a 2018 silverado 1500. The truck was competitively priced and in great shape for a used truck. I would purchase another vehicle from him again.

We showed up on a super cold Saturday morning and caught Joey right before leaving the office. It turned out to be far! I left with a very good condition 2018 Buick Encore for my daughter! Joey was easy to deal with and efficient at getting the sale done. Additionally, he had a relatable experience with buying his daughter a vehicle and shared family stories, which put my mind at ease and made me feel great as a customer! I felt he understood what our needs were and that this was more than just cash transaction! Test drive went great and my daughter was absolutely in love with this vehicle.
