I purchased a 2019 Ford fusion September 9th 2025. The salesman that helped me with Gio. He remembered me from doing business at a previous dealership that he worked at, and I was not able to be approved without a cosigner due to my credit. He stayed in contact with me even after moving to a new dealership. I came in with three cars in mind, Toyota, Honda, or Ford fusion. I was able to get approved for the fusion within my budget for a down payment and card note. The process was seamless for the most part. There was about a 3-hour wait after I completed the paperwork because they were installing the GPS tracker. I'm aware of the tracker and that's not the issue, the only issue was I was not made aware of how long I would be waiting after I close the deal. I did get a bit irritated after waiting over 3 hours after the deal was done, however it did not put a stain on the experience overall. I would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone who has credit issues and is looking for a second chance at building their credit through buying a car. Overall I am happy. And it did come with a 2-year warranty for transmission and engine issues. If I am still in Florida when I'm looking for my next vehicle I will purchase from them again.

I bought a car (Range Rover) from G7. It was a real complicated transaction, as they were so disorganised. They made several mistakes with the paperwork, the car was paid in full and the title was written to one of them and my address incorrect. I had to visit them over 4 times to get it fixed properly and I was over 2 hours away.
But that was not even the big issue, I pleaded with them that I was using my savings, that I was alone in Florida trying to start up again. I was hoping to get honest business men, that would help me to buy a decent car that I could rely on.
But instead, it was one issue after another, the vehicle had the entire cooling system fried. I called several times telling them I was overheating and having issues. I was told it was Florida weather and using the A/C so much to just add coolant. But when I took it the mechanic, it cost me over $3500. There were other issues, and I had to replace several things. They do not offer warranty, and they sell lemons. BEWARE. They ware definitely the modern cowboys of the business. Just go somewhere else, they are shady and dishonest.

I tried speaking to all of you before, every time I called I got the run around. The salesman I dealt with was gone the same month I bought the car. New employees all the time. And I was told I bought it AS IS. So basically I had to deal with it. I understand you do not want bad reviews here, but when a customer approaches you directly, that is when you should show your honesty as a business. Not when you get a bad review, respond as if you would take care of the problem. I spent over $5000 fixing it, and sold it for less than I bought it from you. So my experience was a loss in every single possible way. Thanks to your great customer service.
