Bought from Pacific Lifestyle 3 years ago and they went out of business. Paid 5k for these (I have the receipt). One of the smaller couches has a bent frame so when reclined it makes a popping noise and it’s missing a small bracket to attach it to the center console. Easy fix for someone who is handy I just don’t have the time. A few small scratches on the back of the smaller couches. Other than that these are great and super comfy. The love seats almost lay flat and every piece power reclines and has USB charg ports built in.
