As is. It’s functional but needs major cleaning due to stains over the years. Zippers on cushion covers need repairing. I’ve been just dealing with it and put a blanket over it. I’m moving and can’t take with me. I originally paid $2k for this sofa. Must pick up I can’t deliver.
