My partner bought a car from them and talked about how cool everyone was to work with. He took me in to show me the car and go for a test drive. Jason Smith was very helpful and made the process for him so smooth. Fast forward about 2 years and I needed a newer car for myself. They found me exactly what I wanted and the price range I needed. I’ve dealt with other dealer ships in the past and this was the 1st time I left feeling good about the whole experience.

We went in looking for a car for our daughter for college and Kayla helped us tremendously. She showed us lots of different options, let us test drive quite a few before we found the perfect one. She was never pushy and took into consideration everything we told her of what we needed, budget, etc. Her and Johnny worked the deal to get it exactly where we needed it, they were both amazing. Josh in finance was so helpful and made the process very smooth. We appreciated all of their help, they were all amazing to work with and we will definitely be back for future business!

Recently, I had an amazing experience with this dealership. I would like to share my gratitude towards Northtown Auto Sales for giving me a chance to purchase 2016 Toyota Tundra. The customer service was great from the whole staff. However, one person who stood out to me in particular, is the salesperson, Jason Smith. He laced up his shoes and got stuff done. He negotiated smoothly in the financial process and, I never felt pressured to make a decision. Above all, he explained everything in great detail making my decision that much easier. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car.

I had a great experience with this dealership. They helped get me out of my old car and into one I really liked, and they even stayed late to finish the deal, which I really appreciated. About a week after getting my car, I ran into a mechanical issue, and they took care of it right away and really helped me out when I needed it. Everyone there is amazing, especially Josh in finance. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a dealership that actually cares about their customers.
