This stunning bass was made by some of the finest luthiers in Japan. The Moon Climb series are some of the highest quality and most versatile instruments anywhere. The level of craftsmanship is unsurpassed. If Ming the Merciless played bass this would be it. It is supremely playable and it's multitude of tones are always focused and always balanced up and down the neck. This bass new is over $4,000. Relatively unplayed but has a little wear with a couple of minor dings in the finish. The Moon finishes are beautiful but thin compared to most poly finishes. The plastic film is still on the control covers. Quilted maple top with mahogany center and walnut interlayers. Maple, walnut 5 piece neck with 24 fret pau ferro fretboard. 47mm/ 1-7/8" nut. Highest grade gold Gotoh hardware. 18mm spacing at bridge. Neck and bridge Moon humbuckers and very powerful Moon preamp. Vol, vol, bass, middle, treble, and passive tone with push/pull passive/active switch. Comes with original Moon highly padded deluxe gig bag, truss and bridge wrenches, and Dunlop strap locks.
