Description

This is a 2007 park model 40ft trailer house. It has 5 slide outs! It is a hitch pull. Weight included with pictures. My wife and I purchased 2 years ago and has been our full time living quarters. Since we've had it it has been renovated 90%. The other 10% will be for its next owner. Many new features have been added or refurbished since ownership. We are moving out of state and cannot take with us. The trailer is parked in a tricky spot and will need a skilled driver or transporter to relocate it.
