PLEASE NOTE: The printer operates properly for color label printing. However, the cutter is currently non-functional, although the motor is operational. Disassembly for troubleshooting has resulted in difficulty reattaching the blade, which is now excluded, some screws may be missing as well as some small hardware related to the cutter. The unit functions better with the top cover removed, so I recommend leaving the cover detached when printing, and just resting on top when not in use (its easier to clear any jams with labels or residue this way). Sold as-is, no returns. Please refer to the accompanying video for a demonstration. Unit does print labels nicely as shown in video. A free version of Bartender is available on Primeras website, but I actually like printing direct from PDFs especially since I am using a mac, but I have used bartender too. (I like Canva and save to PDF function) Primera is good with their customer service, and they have a repair service for approximately $350 if you wanted to fix the cutter, to me it functioned fine without it. This printer is sold as is, and no returns will be accepted. Please ask any questions prior to purchasing. Photos are of the actual unit as well as some sample labels that I just printed, included will be one brand new cartridge Primera High Yield Color 53374 and whatever is left of the cartridge installed installed in the unit.
