Vintage Philco 48-1262 Radio and Record Player

Philco 48-1262 Radio and Record player. Need mild restoration. I would sand and restain it, replace the fabric on the front and the power cord. A cat from the previous owner of this machine damaged the fabric but it is very easy to replace. I was thinking about converting it into a small wine or spirits bar. The last 3 pictures show what it could look like. The other pictures shows current condition. I have no idea if it works or not. The power cord needs to be replaced. Located in Carlsbad, CA. No shipping or delivery. Price is $20 firm. Cash only - no checks, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, etc. I think it is priced very fairly. Restored these sells for $350 to $400. I figure if you stain it, replace the fabric and power cord, and do the work yourself, you would have less than $35 in material. Please respond with your contact info. Happy to answer any questions. Thank you!!
