2012 Honda FIT

Please read entire post before messaging. Messages asking questions that are addressed in the post will be ignored. I’m selling my 2012 Honda Fit (base model ~129,514K miles at time of posting). It is paid off, title-in-hand, single owner, no accidents, owned by a non-smoker. It is/was well maintained with all routine oil changes, engine/cabin air filter changes, tire rotations, recalls, major maintenance, etc. Interior is clean with no stains, tears, or upholstery issues. At the time of this listing all auto windows, locks, radio/speakers, lights, etc. work fine and it is driving great. There are some cosmetic scratches on the outside, but no big dents or damage. It has one key and comes with the spare tire and jack. At my last oil change I was told by the dealer service department that it is time for the car to get front brakes, a coolant flush with replacement radiator hose, and front ball joints and tie rods. They said this is usual wear-and-tear given its age. As far as I know, this is all that it needs. That said, it’s a 2012 car and is being sold as-is. Some maintenance info based on my records (not an exhaustive list) • Battery tested good: Oct 2025 • Last oil change: 127,984 miles • 4 new tires: 118,369 miles • AC test (no leaks) and freon recharge: 123,062 miles • Alternator drive belt replaced: 107,951 miles • Transmission fluid drain and replace: 107,951 miles • Spark plugs replaced: 100,197 miles • Front brakes replaced and rotors resurfaced, rear brakes cleaned: 91,962 miles *****The price is $5,000, firm, paid in full, local in-person sale only. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY.***** I am not interested in selling to anyone but a person—if it doesn’t sell for $5000 on OfferUp, then I’ll sell to a dealer through a different platform. I’m trying OfferUp first because to see if an actual person was interested in buying the car direct instead of going through a dealer with all of their added fees. I will block anyone I suspect of being a bot or scammer. If you want to see the car, I’ll meet you at a common public location. *****If you decide to buy it, I will meet you at a bank or post office so I can see them print a money order on site. Then I’ll exchange for the signed title. I will not take personal checks, Venmo/Zelle, or anything like that.
