Miguel first of all is a very class act. His office is small and extremely comfortable, clean and just nice. But he was so wonderful in helping us get into the truck we truly wanted. He was zero high pressure, he was knowledgeable about the truck and he was honest about prices and options and everything. He provided an excellent, personable car buying experience. We were a little stressed because this was a purchase after our vehicle was totaled so we weren’t expecting it and the process was easy, quick and nice.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Dan Reed Autos. Miguel and his staff were friendly and very helpful. The vehicle was immaculate.  I appreciate that it was already smog tested and serviced.

I bought a 2018 BMW 3 series from salesman Thomas Marcus.  The mileage on the vehicle was 48115.  About 2 weeks later, I had the car shipped to my home until I could get it insured.  When the car arrived by trailer 50 miles away,  the mileage now showed 49941.  They had put 1826 miles on the vehicle since I agreed to purchase it, and I had made a down payment.  I was promised that I would be personally compensated for the mileage by the salesman Thomas Marcus.  I ultimately received about 10% of what I was promised.  It has been almost 1 year and Thomas is not paying me and he has now refused to answer my texts or phone calls.  I would caution you to be very careful when you purchase a vehicle from this dealership.

Additional information following response from the business representative/owner:  If Thomas Marcus, the salesman who sold me the car does not work there,  please explain to me why my purchase agreement and all of my paperwork has your business name and address as the dealer and seller handling my purchase?  I have never heard of this Lavish Motoring that you mentioned in your response!  If Dan Reed Autos handled the sale, don't you stand behind the actions of your sales people,  even if they no longer work for you?  This sounds unethical and very shady!

I had an amazing experience with Dan Reed Autos! Miguel was fantastic to work with—his personality is incredible, and he made the entire process so easy. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The pricing was great, and now I’m the proud owner of a fantastic car.
