Brand new. Never been used. It has been kept in a case ever since it was purchased new. This is the Arm and Vest of the old Merlin and Pilot steadicam stabilizers, but it seems like it's very similar to the Steadicam Aero 15 Arm & Aero Vest with only a few design differences in the vest This arm's payload is 7.5lbs but some users report 10lbs. I know for sure it holds a Glidecam HD4000 with a 5 lbs camera without a problem after having used a same exact previous arm and Vest I owned
