THIS dealership went entirely over the top, especially Uncle Buck.
They heard about my recent disaster and poor treatment from another car lot. Assured me I was "safe", seriously. And I was. I literally can not begin to tell you how Uncle Buck made me comfortable. Extremely caring and respectful. Also, he listened. Actually retained facts as I rambled.
Uncle Buck is sharp. Did not miss a beat. Took in all the details of my purchasing situation and created a plan for me that included my purchase of my dream vehicle!

This has been the best, smoothest, not like torture car purchase at a dealership that I have ever had.
This actually seems surreal to me right now. I pick it up tomorrow.

ADDENDUM:
This is my report back, kinda.
I am conflicted. They were so kind to me that I feel guilty.
However
The shop they use is not credible.
I had items stolen from my car.
And the worst part for me is the following.
I am at the Oregon/Washington border. Heat is vital. I have 3 children to keep warm. The car did not have heat! I did not think to check BEFORE making my purchase. I mentioned it to the sales person and he told the manager. They were immediately receptive to help me. I even got a loaner car while mine was in this supposed shop. 2 weeks later, I got my car back, STILL WITH NO HEAT!..I STILL DONT HAVE HEAT. 18,000 for a car without heat, in a snow environment.
Update:
I was very upset. I also, was still very kind, and polite. They totally were respectful, kind, and considerate to me, the entire time.  There were unforseen circumstances. The managers, as well as my salesmen, Uncle Buck and Don (I will come back and edit his last name) truly went above and beyond to not only handle this situation, but cared, and made sure I was good. Also happy.
I have seen so many horrible reviews for this place, I have to give it to them. These guys are the best as far as I am concerned! I also jave to give credit to Hose. He handled the brunt of my phone calls. His phone energy is calming and conforting, lol. If he doesn't know the answer he will do his best to get the answer for you. Just a great group of people. A rare gem.
I have now purchased 2 vehicles here. Tjere were many hiccups, all handled with ease. Easiest car buying experience I have ever had, twice!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Buck. He became family today and we truly look forward to helping our older kids buy their first cars from him as well. Wonderful experience to say the least. It was the best feeling watching my husband drive his first nice truck off the lot same day we walked in!

I went in to look at a specific vehicle and after talking with the sales person, I realized that it might not be what I really wanted. We test drove it anyway just to be sure and the salesman was courteous and knowledgeable. He asked important questions, there was no pressure. He was genuinely trying to help me find a great vehicle for me. After talking he took the  information from our conversation and found me something I absolutely love at a price that was even better than I expected. I definitely recommend going here. What a great experience.

The salesman,Geary aka Uncle Buck made my buying experience enjoyable and peaceful. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and about the sales process and help guide me through what has always been a negative process for me in previous purchases. Not only did I get a great truck and a good deal from Bridge City Auto Sales, but I got to watch a team of professionals work closely together as they took care of the customer. I could see that Bridge City truly cares about the customer and that's probably what impressed me and put me at ease when I was contemplating buying the vehicle. I was Trading in a 2007 F150 and they gave me a great trade in value for it which just added icing on the cake. You can trust Buck and he'll do you right and is very honest about the vehicle. He says the company supports him and the other staff so that they provide the best service possible. I will gladly send my friends and family and recommend Buck and his team to one and all.

UNCLE BUCK and KARMA they’re rock stars they knocked the ball out the park! They were very prompt at getting back to me provided the car fax upon request and went the extra mile to ensure I was able to get into the car I wanted! 10/10 do recommend these fellas as well as Bridge City!!
