Authentic Addison House designer sofa, originally purchased for around $5,000 about 8 years ago. High-quality real leather, solid frame, and excellent structure. The sofa is structurally in very good condition. It does need light restoration: visible leather wear, small tear on one arm, and would benefit from conditioning or re-dye (see photos).
