This necklace was made right after 9/11 in 2001. In remembrance of 9/11. I had a customer come up and say she had one exactly like it from World War II. it seems to resemble a lot of the pins they made in World War II. The measurements are three quarters of an inch wide buy a half inch high. It is a total of 18" long and includes a 2," extension for more versatility. After all these years this looks brand new.
