Just want to say it's been awesome to work with CHARLES CLARKE, I was looking around for a BMW and came across one here. I am from Goodyear AZ and Charles went out video recorded the car pointed out the imperfections he found witch were minor things and was as honest as they come. Me and my Boys decided to go out and look at it and it was exactly as he described and the out the door price exactly what he sent me. I can't thank Charles enough for all his help and honesty I drove it back home and I am glad I bought it out there with them. I got the exact package I was looking for and at my budget. After a month long of dealing with the other Acura dealership, we came to Findlay to give it a try. Lupe is the man! He didn’t waste any of our time, there was no pressure or tense situations, a much different atmosphere than what we previously experienced. Lupe gave us numbers we could work with, and we immediately closed in on a great deal we couldn’t turn down. He explained to us all the available incentives and gave us the most we can get to reach a good deal.
