We just bought a Ford Raptor from this dealer and honestly had the best experience. Shane was our salesman (and owner) he was incredible from start to finish. Even before we showed up, he made the process super easy — he quoted us for our Mustang trade-in over the phone and actually stuck to it (and it was the best offer we got out of all the dealers we checked with).

When we got there, there were no hidden fees or surprises, which was a huge relief. Shane never rushed us or made us feel pressured at all, but once we decided to move forward, he had us in and out within an hour. He worked fast but was also super efficient, which we really appreciated.

He even let us bring our family mechanic to look over the truck and handed us a flashlight so we could go through every detail. Everything he told us about the Raptor was spot on — he was upfront, honest, and just made the whole process stress-free.

If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares, doesn’t play games, and makes car buying actually enjoyable, I can’t recommend Shane enough.

I really hesitated to write this, because I don't want to sound disingenuous, but since it's the truth, I feel compelled to just admit my experience with Kutsch Motorsports and their staff. On Saturday of last week, I purchased a 2017 Volkswagen Jetta.  The service provided by Shane and Shawn proved to be the absolute BEST SERVICE I have EVER HAD, in ANY INDUSTRY. They sent one of their staff, Westin, on a 4 hour drive, just to get a tool that I needed for my car!  They could have just had me wait for a day or two, but they knew I needed the car for work, ASAP.   They sent Westin IMMEDIATELY as soon as they realized I needed that part.  No other car dealership has done that for me before. They were courteous, respectful, compassionate, time conscientious, extremely helpful, and just amazing, professional people. I'm so grateful to them and I LOVE my Jetta, and the team at Kutsch Motorsports.  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kutsch Motorsports.  Best service EVER!  I won't be going anywhere else for my future cars.

Kutsch Motorsports is awesome. I recently purchased a C7 Z06 and traded in my old C6 Z06. The entire experience and interaction with Shane (owner) was absolutely amazing. They were very courteous, professional and very down to earth. Super easy to talk to, very transparent and was willing to work with me on my trade-in. To start off my review, I purchased a 2021 Chevy Camaro ZL1 1LE on 1/20/24 from Shane at Kutsch Motorsports. I was specifically looking for the 1LE package as it’s not easy to come by. I would like to say my buying experience from Kutsch Motorsports was pretty good. I sent my information over and with in a few hours I was dropping off my trade in, test driving the Camaro and signing my paperwork to take it home. Pretty straightforward and no BS. The interior of the car is like new and the car runs and drives great.

Since I am out of town a lot for work it took me a few weeks to get the car scheduled for a detail. I dropped my car off on 1/08/25. After dropping the car off, the detailer reached out to me to let me know that the whole vehicle, minus the bumpers, had been repainted and the paint is not in the best of shape. They said it looks like the car was painted outside. The whole car has dust and dirt particles throughout paint and they are unable to remove it with the clay bar. There is also texture throughout the clear coat that wasn’t sanded off after it was repainted which also made the clear coat uneven in a lot of spots. I also found overspray on a few parts of the car after I was made aware of the paint condition. We then made a discovery that the headlights look like they had been possibly keyed or scratched so we were thinking that the car was possible vandalized in someway and then repainted since the carfax showed no accidents. The most noticeable thing is the bumpers and the body color being different shades of white. It’s known that the bumper color and body color sometimes don’t match due to them being different materials but they are pretty far off on this car. I then took the car to a body shop the next day to get a second opinion on the paint and they also confirmed our suspicions and said that it had definitely been repainted. They said I would probably need to get the car painted correctly or I could just wrap it as a temporary fix.

I did reach out to Shane at Kutsch Motorsports with my frustrations and concerns about the paint on the vehicle and was told that they are only as good as the carfax. He then said that paint isn’t their wheelhouse, they just make sure that the car runs good and has no body damage. When you’re spending $60k+ on vehicle you would think you’re going to get what you paid for.

To end this review, I just want to let others know when purchasing a used car, do your due diligence and have the car inspected by a third party because the carfax isn’t going to show everything, especially if it wasn’t turned into the insurance company. The issues with the car should have been caught by someone and if I had an outside party inspect the car I probably wouldn’t be in this situation. At the end of the day, it’s a used car lot and the name of the game is to buy cars and flip them.
