Restoration Hardware Maxwell Leather Sofa in fair condition. Structurally very solid. Wooden feet. Very distressed/used but no rips or stains. Comes from a pet friendly/smoke free home. The leather is all in good condition structurally but the base cushions are very worn. A couple deeper scratches have peeled up the leather in some very small hard to seen spots. Luxe depth. Retail $5k plus, asking $750 in current condition. Have the base cushions recovered or plenty of life left as is. Pickup in San Carlos 92119 near La Mesa. Dimensions - 84” wide 44” deep 31” tall
