Not sure what is wrong with the 3 batteries that won't charge. It may be possible to fix with a different charger. To summarize, only two of the batteries and two of the cameras work, the 3rd camera and 3 other batteries don't appear to work when I tested. Both base stations need a power cord, which is easy to find online. All only.
