2003 rose gold 5th wheel 34ft

Hello hope all is well. My family came across hard times and need to part with our fifth wheel it's not been maintained or up kept in awhile needs to be cleaned out but once you buy it I'll take 1 day to clean it out and it yours to take. It's been lived in for 4 years then pretty much abandoned for storage and just aged away but it's still got a lot of potential and could be a really good trailer for someone that doesn't mind a lil wear and tear fixer upper... I do not know anything about fifth wheels but I can give you the details of what I know has messed up since I've had it and Im not mechanically inclined to fix any of it so it still needs to be done: -Carpet cleaned or ripped out -the shower drains slow (idk how to plunge it ) -water heater caught fire the first month I had it ( I bought 2 tankless water heaters you can have). -The key was lost years ago so you need to re key -theres a leak by the water pump underneath which I also again have no clue how to fix. -glass shower door was broke but it's a black curtain now P.s. I don't have recent pics because I don't live in it anymore the pics are from when the trailer was new it's not in that condition anymore, once I get payment I'll have it cleaned out and ready to take it should only take a day or 2 but it's safe where it's parked til you can take. I also got it with the bill of sale I don't remember having the pink. I wasn't planning on registering it since I was just having it parked in a yard to live in with my family. This is not a smoke free zone it's been well lived in but my big baby will be a nice home for someone else. Just needs a lil lovin. Asking 10k (10,000) call or text (contact info removed)
