It’s in great condition very clean fully loaded. Everything works as it should. It’s got air conditioning heat hot water electricity, hookups cable, ready. Inside has three full down beds with canvas coverings no holes in the canvases. Then it has dinette booth and side couch in front side both turn into beds. Then kitchenette with full-size fridge all appliances work as well as full bathroom. Needs a a couple minor things like small spot on the floor when you walk in. It’s not soft just springy and small section bathroom ceiling it’s the skylight from an old leak. Both repairs will not prevent the buyer from using it this season. It’s not perfect but doable and you can take it camping right away Also new hardwood flooring installed last year. $3500 clean title definitely great deal need gone by Thursday. It’s already posted but doesn’t seem to be showing up.
