SOLD AS IS. Bought this RV in April 2024 when my mom was diagnosed with cancer. I have had work put into it and replaced the water heater and some minor repairs to the RV. It has been lived in since it was purchased. Tags are not up to date, but I've included the fees from the DMV. I paid $3000 when I purchased it, and the owner did not have any paperwork on it. It is currently at an RV park. Please message me to set up a time to check it out. If purchased, you will have to move it. Must sell by Aug 3rd and will be ready for pick up then.
