No good. When I went in to see the car and go over the numbers I was given false information. I was told for a higher down payment I would be given insurance covering the next 2 weeks. This was  not true. When I came in to pick up the car I was told I needed to get my own insurance. They don’t do that for customers. After being lied to I didn’t even want the car. I was told they would change the windshield wipers and have the car detailed before  pick it up. It did have new windshield wipers but the car wasn’t cleaned.it was actually dirty then before with dirt on the floors that wasn’t there before.on the was home the check engine lights started to come on. The battery light came on first. Then the flat tire light came on. Then the stop and start service light came on.. the car had no gas in it . Not even enough to get home after it had half a tank 3 days prior. Stopping at the gas station next to the dealership I had the gas station help me put air in the tires. Buy the time I got the car home the tire was flat again.then I noticed that all 4 tires where different.i would never recommend this car dealership.im sorry I ever when in.to top it off I was asked to right a good review so that he could get a 50$ bonus.

Very happy with my experience at Kar Genie! They were very helpful, explained everything, and were able to get me the car i wanted! I highly recommend, the process was easy as well, some dealerships take so long, but not this one! We looked at cars, test drove a few, did financing and all paperwork in less than 3 hours! I worked with Pedro and Christian.

All I have to say is stop drop and immediately run to Kargenie never have I ever met a group of people who are so friendly but most importantly they truly care about their customers and want to do whatever they can to help every person who walks through their door into a car that they can afford. My mom has bad credit and is low income and didn’t think she would get approved for a car that she could afford but Christian the general manager, and especially Medford did whatever the could to make it happen! I want to give a special thank you to Melford who is finance department,who is an angel and an absolute blessing from God. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us and got the bank to agree to things that you won’t get at any other dealership. He negotiated a trade in for my mom’s very old and breaking down car and 2 months paid for her payment. My mom has bad credit and is working on fixing it so melford wanted to help her get a jump start on fixing her credit! My mom and I were brought to tears because of the pure heart and absolute kindness of melford. I cannot thank you enough for all you did today for us! George was always amazing! Such a great energy and personality. Very patient and understanding and helped my mom stay calm when she was getting overwhelmed. Everyone assured us we would leave with a new reliable and safe cat for my mom and they did not disappoint.
As for the rest of the staff, everyone is so friendly and you can tell they awll enjoy their job and working together. 10/10 recommend this place!
