After looking at several vehicles in the Greater Cincinnati area, we were very pleased with the one we found here. We had very strict guidelines for what we were looking for in a "new to us" used car. They also have a large selection to choose from.
The financing went smoothly and they worked hard to find us the best rate and a payment within our budget. As a matter-of-fact, their entire staff was enjoyable to deal with! We drove away in our newly purchased car extremely happy.

I would think twice before choosing this dealer. Very predatory and tried to get my husband and I to sign a waiver removing the 30 day warranty.  Then, a few days after immediately bought the car, the service lights went on and when we took it to the Chevy mechanic, we learned that 3 modules were bad and it would cost $2500 to repair.  The dealer refused to honor the warranty even though we were within the 30 days and now we ate going to start legal proceeding.
If you want to avoid headaches, do not buy from here.

"Mustafa was a GOD SEND" 🥰🙋🏾👍🏾 My daughter has had 2 repo's "recently" (don't ask 🙄), not so good credit right now and a lil money for a down payment plus school is starting without transportation being provided for the students this year, yet we were hopeful someone would get her into a car 🙏🏾though it looked bleak......We googled a couple of places, cars were looking terrible and reviews were terrible than #AUTOARENA popped up with the "best" reviews so we headed out to Route 4 to check them out....."The Lord don't make no mistakes", we know, because Mustafa 🥰 pulled teeth, to get my baby in a car and did!!! He worked and worked and it took 4 to 5 hrs. but she left in a 2018 Chevrolet!!! GOD SENT US TO HIM I BELIEVE!! He is a "wonderful, understanding Man" and I will never forget his professionalism, respect and non judgemental attitude!!! If your financial situation isn't the best please please go see him, "if he can he will work with you".....Now my grandbaby can get to school and stress has been lifted from my daughter!! THANK YOU AGAIN MUSTAFA, THANK YOU!!! 😍🤗😊

Received full services from Auto Arena since 2017 and was always pleased with the results and care put into my vehicle. I’ve watched the business grow and expand to offer and provide more services, and they continue to thrive due to their customer service and quality. They are often very busy so be prepared to wait awhile. I appreciate the services they’ve done for me for the past nearly 8 years. Unfortunately they will not do business with me anymore, but every business has a right to refuse service to someone and a right to be selective about whom they work with. If I had any other choice, I’d still choose to put my money towards this business. Thanks to all the guys who serviced my car over the years and to Mustafa who took great care of my vehicle and insurance needs. All the best to you guys.
