It’s brand new we tried it on my baby and he didn’t fit he’s 1 yr 2 months 22lbs it’s been sitting in my garage in its box for a week you can size it up aswell but forsure meant for smaller babies got it for 102 $ selling it for 70$ won’t go any lower than that since it is new ,located in north Indio
