Sundance Spas 880 Series Majesta Hot Tub - Used

This 2008 Sundance Majesta hot tub is in excellent working condition (we use it nearly daily). Newly replaced pillows and waterfall features. Recently replaced the blower motor (1-yr). We are selling our home and find a lot of potential buyers prefer not to have a hot tub (we're surprised too). Their loss is your gain. We will include the original owner's manual, cover, lift assist, steps and all our remaining chemicals/supplies. You must pick up and move this yourself including an on-end hand-carry along the side of our house to get it to the driveway (see pics). Here are the primary features and specs: Capacity: 5-6 People Foot Massage: Our favorite feature! Foot massager dome includes 4 Accu-Presure Jets and a Pro-Touch II Jet. Aqua Terrace Waterfall: helps circulate the water while the heater is on and produces a relaxing sound while soaking in the spa. Massage Jets: Over 40 total jets Air Injectors: 14 injectors Lighting: LED underwater and Aqua Terrace Waterfall lights w/ adjustable brightness and color. Electrical - North American 60Hz: 240VAC/50A (w/ this config heater does not run while both jet pumps are running. Use a 60A breaker to enable everything to run concurrently). Water Fill Capacity - 375 US Gallons External Dimensions: 80" x 85" x 37". Cover 82" x 87". Weight Dry: 874 pounds. A couple quirks - an error code "bib" flashes on the control panel but the error is erroneous. This is due to a technician installing a motherboard that included a sensor for a ClearRay UV Bulb which this spa does not have. Also, the Sunscent Dispenser does not open (never used) and the control for the "Massage Selector" is missing/does not work. One Footwell Suction Cover is missing (could not find a replacement). Cash sale preferred - Zelle OK (sorry, no Venmo). Local pickup only, no delivery or shipping available. Bring some help to carry this on-end from our backyard. (two Samoans delivered... no joke, they were big guys). Dry weight is 874 pounds, this will be heavier due to water in the pipes. You could try to move on a cart, but we have a gravel and flagstone walkway so would need plywood to lay down and roll over. Also, there is a narrow point at the gas meter where the tub would have to be lifted about three feet to get over it. I’m willing to discount the spa if you need to hire someone to move it
