This bike is a Fully modded moto tec except for the motor. The bike has a 72v battery, and controller to tune the bike, a surron throttle, odi grips, a speedometer, also comes with a bag of plastics and other stuff for the e-bike, the top speed is 40 mph but is limited by the stock motor which can be changed. The seat is ripped but can be replaced for 30 dollars on eBay.
