Here we have a Chinese Aubusson Rug that my parents purchased in Florida back in 1988. It has been a staple of their home for years, but it has been in storage since their last move. Aubusson rugs are handcrafted and while it is not an antique, it has been in my family for over thirty years. This one is 8ft by 10ft. It has always been kept in a smoke-free, pet-free home and it has just been vacuumed. However, it could definitely use a carpet cleaning. I definitely regret having sold my carpet cleaner before getting around to sell this lol! As you can see from the original invoice, my parents paid nearly $1,700 for this rug in 1988 (which is the equivalent of nearly $3,700 when adjusted for inflation!). However, given its condition, I am asking for just $500
