The E marked note from Richmond Virginia is a circulated note.. minor wear and damage overall clean and crisp with a printing error.. the right serial number above the WASHINGTON DC. last two numbers are raised quite a bit from the colom they sit level in line with the others!! NOT SURE IF THAT MAKES IT A ERROR. The misprint can be seen without magnification needed. The other note is a B from NEW YORK 2017 low serial number clean and 100 percent legal tender what you see is what you will receive. GUARANTEED
