Low impact workout equipment. Similar to elliptical exercise equipment. This is the original NordicTrack Pro from the 90's. The machine sat inside for nearly 30 years with very little use (other than as a clothes rack). It moved outside on a covered patio collecting dust the last few weeks (now several months later it's dusty again and the price is slashed to $20) The electronic timer and heart rate tracker needs a new battery and hasn't been used in 20+ years; we never used it, but assume it still functions.
