The classic 1962 Encyclopedia of European Cooking is a nice addition to any library of cuisine. At 631 pages, it has a wide scope of European recipes, lots of black and white photos and is easy to read. Classic recipes and curious recipes you may not have known about. Has some foxing on outside edges and the dust cover is a bit worn but the inside is fine and very useable.
