⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars, No Handshake Required (Just a Digital One!)

At 51 years old, I can honestly say this was the first time in my life I bought a car without seeing it in person — and Chicago Auto Network made it not just comfortable, but downright enjoyable.

My son (active-duty Marine stationed at Camp Pendleton) was looking for a very specific BMW — a 3-Series biodiesel, a model only imported to the U.S. for a short time and highly sought after. The car at Chicago Auto Network was a one-owner, pristine example with only 61,000 miles, and yes… it could have easily been sold to three other buyers while we were deciding.

Enter Ed and Sam, two brothers who truly run a family business the right way. From the very first phone call, they were accommodating, transparent, and — most importantly — men of their word. The price was fair, straightforward, and refreshingly free of the usual back-and-forth negotiating games. When they said the car would be held, it was held. Consider that a digital handshake — and those still matter.

Although they do offer financing, I ultimately secured a better rate through my own bank (which they handled professionally and without pressure). The wire transfer process was smooth, inexpensive, and stress-free.

I live three hours away, never laid eyes on the car before purchase, and yet this was hands-down one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had — and I’ve bought plenty over the years, new and used.

As a Google Local Guide, I don’t hand out five-star reviews lightly — but when a business earns it through integrity, communication, and follow-through, I’m happy to recognize it. If I ever buy another vehicle for myself or my family, Chicago Auto Network will be the first place I look… distance or not.

This dealership was good at first. They were calling me everyday they got me financing and sold me a pretty black Bentley. That’s just what that car is just pretty. I’ve had this car for about 3 months and have been able to enjoy this car yet. Told the dealer that this car was shaking in the front and they told me to take it to a place they recommend and have them to look at it. I took it there and the guy says to me the car only have 40000 miles on it and I didn’t find anything wrong. Took the car to another shop and they diagnosed the car and the tires were no good on the car and the entire front end needed to be replaced. The control arms, sway bars, rotors, brakes everything. The dealer has yet to try and help accommodate me. Right now the car is still sitting in the shop. I would never buy a car from this place again.

We went to Chicago Auto Network today.
My husband was interested in a low mileage 1996 Impala SS. By the way, they presently have 2 impeccable vehicles meeting that criteria.
We were so impressed with their kindness.
My husband has mobility issues and they went above and beyond to be helpful.
The gentleman even escorted us to our car, offered to help and even checked to see if we needed a water.
If you’re looking for a car please go there and feel like you are a customer that matters.

I went here today with my grandson 👦 to sell his used car 🚗. The gentlemen 👨‍🔧👨‍💼 were very nice and professional. They sat at the desk 🧑‍💼🪑 and talked with him at length, giving him excellent advice.

It wasn’t about money 💵 with them — it was about honesty and doing the right thing 🙌. They could’ve just bought the vehicle 🚙, fixed the minor repair 🔧, and sold it for much more 💰, but instead they chose to help prevent him from making a big mistake.

My grandson can be very hard-headed 😅, and this was the first time he received strong, manly advice 👨‍🏫. I truly hope he listens.
