From a large selection of vehicles to great staff and customer service.  Prior to my purchase, I noticed some discrepancies where the dealer said they would repair them.  On final inspection of the car, North End Motors discovered a few issues that needed to be addressed. I immediately received a call from the Sales Manager, Jaime.  He informed me that he would communicate the status of the car while the work was being preformed.  He did just that.  That's great customer service!  Jaime made sure the car was to my perfection.  He sent a video and pictures before delivery.  Tony, the delivery driver, was patient while I went over the areas that needed attention.  I cannot say enough about Jaime.  I'm very pleased with my purchase from TJ, Jaime and the staff at North End Motors.

From the moment we arrived at North End Motors, the experience of buying our "new to us" 2024 Jeep Wrangler Willys 4Xe was fantastic!  We were immediately greeted by Naf, who was incredibly professional and made us feel welcome.  The entire process, from browsing to finalizing the purchase, was smooth and completely stress-free.  There were no issues whatsoever, and we were so impressed with the efficiency and transparency of the team.  We absolutely love our Jeep and highly recommend North End Motors to anyone looking for a newer, low-mileage vehicle.  They made the car buying experience a genuinely positive one!

These guys were incredible, Start to finish. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I was never being sold or forced into a car. I worked with Harshene Cunningham, and a few managers Patrick, and Mike. But Harshene was super personable, and heard the things that were important to me. I drive a lot so I needed something good for commuting. I financed through them, and start to finish the process was very smooth. Appreciate everyone at North end motors you guys were rockstars.

We purchased a truck in December 2024 and had a great experience.  The staff was very pleasant and so nice to deal with especially Harshene.  We were very impressed with their professionalism and customer service, they made purchasing a vehicle less stressful. We highly recommend North End Motors and have already referred friends.

Naf Nawas was very informative, patient, and explained everything in a clear way. He made sure we understood everything and had us go through each step of the process. Naf was very friendly and personable and made sure that we felt comfortable with our decision. He was great and I would recommend him to anyone! Very patient, nice, and understanding!
