Smoke free home. Although we love the size/comfortability of our couch, we’re looking to downsize. 4 of the 6 seats recline. It’s overall in decent condition. One very small tear at the bottom of one of the foot rests, other than that, no cosmetic damages. All internal framework in tact, all seats recline as they should. I am a professional cleaner so I can do an upholstery detailing/stain removal treatment to it prior or purchase for a fee. There are some very small stains here & there but mostly looking to sell it as is. Can deliver for additional fee based on distance. $700 OBO. No holds.
