Just bought my 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 crew cab from Cutter GMC and they were fantastic.  Jordan was so informative and helpful throughout the entire process. What seemed like an easy fix for a fuel gauge that was stuck on full turned out to be an exercise in futility. Even after replacing the fuel tank sending unit and other components the problem still exists. In the end the problem was a defective fuel tank sending unit which was the first part they replaced. After having a terrible experience with the service dept. in 2018, when my vehicle was new, I vowed never to take my truck back again. Since I purchased an extended warranty with the truck I reluctantly took it in to get this repair done, although with a lot of hesitancy. Mike Medina proved me wrong as he updated me daily on what was happening with the truck and assured me that the repairs would be covered under the extended warranty. Great job Mike!! After having doubts about this dealer's service dept. I must say this dealer will be at the top of my list for another truck.  After sales service is of utmost importance as you will patronize the service dept. more than sales, due to maintenance or warranty items. The sales dept. will sell the vehicle, but the service dept. experience is what creates repeat sales opportunities.
