Wish i could give 0 stars for this place, the car i purchased from here is & was a completely messed up car & has gave me nothing but problems since i got it, the first red flag should of been when i first got it, the car would not turn on without a jump & even when i went back to get the battery replaced not even a couple months later, the battery they gave me went bad & had to drop MORE MONEY & they even told me the battery they gave me was too small for the car!! i spent so much money fixing the car & had to keep paying it each month, i hated it, it kept on messing up on me, always one thing after another, it is & was the worst mistake & purchase i ever made! i would never recommend this place, sorry but never again. ZERO STARS

Chris is the most honorable car salesman you will ever meet. Car salesmen normally have a bad rep for being "seedy" & "shady" , but not Ramos Auto Sales in Bell. This place is far from that and I have Chris to thank. From the minute we stepped on the lot he made my bf and I feel comfortable and welcomed; My bf has below average credit and Chris still was able to help us walk away with a wonderful car. He is straightforward and honest and broke down every price to the penny for us; No tricks, no smoke & mirrors. Chris is very friendly & genuinely wants all his customers to leave happy. I recommend this location to anyone looking to buy a car you will not be disappointed. Thank you so much again Chris!
