Dimensions: Couch - 87''W x 38''D x 39''H - 126lbs Loveseat - 63"W x 38"D x 39"H - 109lbs Condition: • No major tears or holes. • Some light stains on underside of cushions • Slight indent on left arm of couch but not noticeable. • Pet friendly house but never had potty stains • Front left leg of loveseat is missing anchor point in couch but still sits snuggly and will only fall if dragged or forcefully moved.
