*update* now has stock wheels and cluster reinstalled. 1999 civic ex manual transmission with what sounds like a rod knock. Still runs and drives although I parked it immediately after it started knocking. Has strut bar in the front. Wired for sub. Paint is peeling on rear bumper and car does have some scratches and dings. Has page back alarm system. Not interested in showing without cash in hand.
