Description

Reasonable offers considered. Low ball offers will be ignored. If the ad is up, it’s available. Please check out my other listings. If you’ve been looking for a cajon with a MASSIVE low end, your search is over! Lots of cajons have adequate to a moderately decent low end. This cajon has a low end that you can feel. If you mic it, it’s unreal! The cajon has the sound port facing the front where your audience is, so they can experience the full bass effect. The inside has a curved surface to force the lows out the front port. This is the same design used by concert monitors to get the bass tones out. These are hard to come by. There isn’t a single screw holding the cajon together. It is 100% glued thereby preserving all the natural tones of the wood. This cajon has seen some light gigging in its past. Don’t let that put you off, it sounds just as good as the 1st day. This particular model has the snare springs. There isn’t a way to disengage the snare but why would you want to? There are a lot of different tones that can be gotten out of this cajon. I hate to sell it for lots of reasons. It’s a fantastic drum, I have a ton of good memories from some of the gigs I used it on, and Trevor at Pitch Slap personally made and picked this one out for me. I just don’t use it anymore.
