I am disappointed and it saddens me I have to get rid of my HP. This computer is in great condition. I am not tech savvy, so I’m getting rid of this laptop, ONLY, because I have a new one, and I cannot figure out my password for this laptop, so I’m logged out. I could see if I can wipe it out, and start all over, but it’ll take me to much research, because I’m not sure what I’m doing. If you are advanced in computers I’m sure you can wipe it out, and start all over in no time. This laptop has all functional parts, except the TWO keys on the keyboard as shown! •Good Condition •Few scratches on back •Charger INCLUDED •Only able to be used for all parts unless you can wipe it out, and start over, then you’ll be the lucky one with a brand new laptop.
