Drove in from a add-on CarGurus showing a Ford Transit for the price of 15,556. After looking at the van and then asking the price they told me it's $20,000 out the door. Ask him what kind of dealer fee and where are they charging they told me $199 for the dealer fee and the 6.5 % sales tax. Then I showed them the ad and they told me oh that's just a price to get people that come in and then they add $2,000 to that price. I asked where this 2000 price add-on comes in and they didn't have an answer and was just told that's how they're told to work the deal and if you were to look the vehicle up on a car value site you would see that the price was higher than what they were advertising it at. So just know this is a waste of your time to come to this location unless you want to pay way over whether advertising for a vehicle that's just giving an oil change for its service at least that's what they told me the only thing that they do to the vehicles from auction.

Sales reps were very patient with me and my screaming baby! They knew I was coming in with bad credit and little money and were able to help me drive out with an affordable monthly payment. They made the process quick and painless and were very nice through it all. They stayed after hours to make sure the process was completed and done well. Thank you very much!

I truly believe this place is a scam. I am helping my cousin shop for cars and she happened to see a vehicle here she really liked. However, this is her first time purchasing a car and she wants to get something she really likes. She was told she had to do an application before she could “test drive” a vehicle after completing her application and then asking to test drive the vehicle, Carlos (the finance manager) if that’s even his name, told her she couldn’t test drive the car until she gets an approval for the bank for finance. I reminded him that’s not what he told her , and asked him can she test drive the car before she runs it for finance to make sure it’s something she really like before putting inquires on her credit. He told her “no” and started talking to the lady who was handling the application originally and had her to step to the side and give him the papers. He refused to shred my cousins application with her social and drivers license and other info on there even though he stated he hadn’t submitted it to the bank because he was waiting for her paycheck stubs, which she had and i told her not to give it to him until she test drives the car. For one car had lots of visible dings on it , it also was a 2020 vehicle with well over 100,000 miles. But he refused to shred her info he stated he needed to keep it on records. This place is definitely a scam and there are some liars working there. They’re not on the same page with how they operate, one sales rep said they do buy here pay here meanwhile Carlos says they don’t. The finance manager is very rude, will over talk you if you let him, and the whole conversations in a different language when i speak English will forever be a red flag. Would give “0” stars if I could.

A I and Wendy where so patient is so professional they made me feel very welcome and got the job done. We went through a lot of different steps, but we accomplished it all and I give them five stars. They were so wonderful.

I wish I could put less than a star, but I can’t. I am 48 years old. This is the first time that I’ve heard of a car dealership that won’t allow you to test drive a car without a deposit first. Mind you, this is not a Lamborghini, Ferrari, or Porsche dealership. We’re talking about a buy here pay here used dealership. Stay away unless you’re willing to Fill out paperwork and then pay a deposit to test drive a car.
