This is a 12 x10 w overhang Shed It comes with 2 windows and a residential door (which can be changed to a double barn door lower price ), paint is included (options grey, white, or tan). We use shingles for the roof, T1-11 siding, and we can raise the foundation of the shed if needed. Labor, materials and us driving to build the shed on your property is already included in the price. We are a family business that specializes in building sheds of all different sizes and styles. We travel towards San Diego, Los Angeles, Inland Empire and more.
