1999 Coleman Santa Fe

Used pop up tent trailer. Simple and easy to set up. Great started camper for dry camping, will need a couple upgrades in the future. Takes about 15 minutes to open and close. Easy to tow at 1700lbs empty, easy to store under 18' long. Will need a new battery and propane tank exchange. We use the stove inside every year, we have not used the small fridge or water for many years. The u pipe under the sink needs to be replaced, seems easy we just never use the water and haven't made it a priority. There is a tear in the canvas over one of the beds that has been taped up and has never given us any issues. The tires are the same ones on it when I purchased it 10 years ago. There is a spare tire on the back. Clean NV title in my name in hand. Looking to sell no trades. $4000obo
