1976 Cj5 Jeep

Beautiful little Jeep cj5 up for sale. This cj5 is in great shape with no rust underneath and lots of upgrades both inside and out. It has been restored in the past with all new neoprene bushings, body mounts, engine mounts etc. Greaseable shackles and 2” leaf springs in combination with Rancho Skyjacker Nitro 8000 shocks greatly improve the ride. Up front a Full Traction shackle reverse kit has been added which really helps the handling. Rugged Ridge running boards help as you climb in and out. The transfer case is protected by a TDK skid plate and shows evidence of being rebuilt as well as the engine but there is no official documents to support that. The engine is painted orange, has a new oil pan, Clifford liquid cooled intake, Exhaust header, throttle body fuel injection, and a K&N filter. An aftermarket AGR power steering unit and a tilt steering column vastly improve the driving experience. This Jeep has the rare 4speed transmission with a granny low first gear which makes it a great rig to drive and wheel. The 15” white spoke rims are wrapped with 31x10.50 BFG All Terrains that have virtually no visible wear and include an unused matching spare. A roll cage and Corbeau Racing seats with 4 point harnesses keep everyone safe inside while wheeling. The lockable center console adds extra security for valuables on the trail. An aftermarket rear bumper with a swing out tire carrier and a 2” hitch receiver keeps the spare in place and accommodates a bike rack or trailer if need be. The soft top is in great shape and has no tears or rips. The passenger window has a split in the plastic which is currently taped to keep it sealed. Though the jeep has been repainted by a previous owner, the clear coat is peeling badly and would need redone. Overall this is an awesome little jeep in great shape. There are a couple normal Jeep things that could be done to improve it but as it sits now it’s in great condition and is a ton of fun to drive and wheel! A rare Koenig steel hard top is available also. A 6’ Hydraulic plow with all controls and mounts is also available for this Jeep.
