1995 Fleetwood Tioga Arrow

Very reliable, strong motor. The motor has been well maintained throughout the years and I have all the receipts to show. Rebuilt transmission works smooth. Engine fires up instantly and runs like a champ. You could drive this wherever you want no problem. There is some small cosmetic issues but nothing big. Needs a cleaning but it’s pretty clean now just for you and yours ya know. It’s more clean than the pictures show. I have cleaned everything out so it just needs a new owner. Needs a mattress for the back room. You could put any size from two twins to a king back there. There’s an above cockpit bed that is ready to go and the dining room table turns into a bed. Theres a bench seat as well that has a hidden table that pops out. It has a private shower and bathroom, lots and lots of storage inside and out. The cockpit a/c doesn’t work but the overhead a/c works fine. Everything else works great.. the refrigerator works on propane ( which is full and built into the rv) or electric. There’s a 4 burner stove and oven. All the water and plumbing work fine, and it has a Onan 4000 generator that fires up from the inside no problem. Has all the adaptors and cords for shore power. Spare tire and brand new jack. Tires are all new all the way around. I left 3 heaters in the rv for the winter time which keep it nice and toasty. I’m sure I’m forgetting some things but come take a look if you’re a serious buyer. Asking $4900 Registration is good through mid October and I have clean title in hand. Thanks for looking.
