Model 8289WS. Forrest River Rockwell Signature Ultra Light series 5th wheel. No leaks. In great shape. ( occupied) 2 TV'S, island kitchen, queen bed, table and 4 chairs, 2 lazy boy chairs. All LED lighting, all works. Fans work, 3 slides all work. 2 electric awnings, work, 1 AC unit, works, microwave, hardly used, works, gas oven hardly used, works. Heat works, hot water works. 2 LP gas tanks, full. Shades are all in good shape, no rips. Drawers all wrok smoothly. Flooring is great. Sink covers still here. All manuals still here. Screens on windows and door all in tact. Comes with shed if wanted, can stay at river by the beach if you want. It is lived in, when you come to see it, there will be items in it. That will all be removed when it gets sold. What doesn't work: radio.( didn’t work when I bought it) 2 vent covers 1 manual, needs to be fixed, won't open. 1 electric, won't open. But their fans work and has all blades. The GFI outlet by the kitchen sink kept tripping on its own, was removed. Contact to make appointment to see it.
