All The Kitchen And Bathroom Appliances Work As They Should. This Also Has An Added SOLAR PANEL with An Inverter To Power The Rv With Out Being Directly Connected To a Power Source Altough it Can Only Power Light Duty Appliances (lights, slide out) While On Solar Only. Everything Works Fine When Connected Directly. It Is a 22 Year Old Trailer Which Will Have Some imperfections Around the Body / interior. All Windows Open And Close With Screen Mesh Covers As Well in The Entrance Door. All Compartment Doors Work. I Have Keys For Main Door And Storage Doors. Will Come With The Batteries And Two Propane Tanks Shown in The Front. All Lights Work, Ready To Plug In To Your Truck Or Direct Power Source. Tires Hold Air And Have No Cracks. Plenty of Tread Left With a DOT of 2022. Length: 20' Feet With No Tents Down About 28' Feet With Front/Back Tents Down Width: 7-1/2' Feet Height: 8' Feet From The Top Of The Trailer Down To The Floor. Dry Weight: 4,950lbs Imperfections: - Front Drop Down Tent Screen Mesh Zipper Is Torn (i use a clip to hold the screen in place) - Paint Is Not Perfect Or New, the ROCKWOOD logo on The Outside Has Sun Faded Away Barely Visable.
