New Martin GPCX2AE Electric/Acoustic Guitar

This guitar was purchased about 6 months ago, at which time I took a single 1 hour lesson, practiced for about 15-20 mins that same evening, and hung it up on its stand. And it hasn't moved since... literally. I retired early and decided on two hobbies: guitar and golf. One of them stick and I love and engage in it almost daily; the other hobby... well, hence why the guitar is for sale. This guitar is in immaculate shape, and if it was hung amongst several identical models at the guitar store, you couldn't tell the difference. THERE IS NOT A SINGLE BLEMISH, DENT, SCRATCH, DING, or defect if any kind. It's NEW! I'm firm on the price, as it retails on Martin's website for $929.00 and at Guitar Center for $699.00 which is its sale price, but I seems to ALWAYS be on sale.... So you can buy one for $700 or this one for $450 - the price being the ONLY DIFFERENCE!
