2008 Ford F-150

I have a 2008 Ford F150 XL, Single cab, but has two full-size doors and two suicide doors,4.2L V6 eng, fairly new alternator, automatic,Cold A/C, 248,064 original miles, has a aftermarket dual stereo AM/FM/CD PLAYER With USB, and AUX, factory 17 inch mags with new tires, 6 1/2 foot bed with liner, The check engine light is on,It runs a little rough the code says P0171 System to lean (Bank 1), I had a brand new map sensor installed/mass airflow sensor installed/EGR valve and EGR valve sensor installed and it still runs a little rough. Great work truck . A friend of mine just borrowed it and drove it from my house which is in Thonotosassa to Saint Pete to pick up tree limbs that fell in his yard from hurricane Milton, three times back-and-forth he drove it with no problem just says it runs a little rough.
