I wrote you last week and wondered you didnt answer me. Helen said you talked of going to Cleveland but didn't know certain as you would go. I I am sorry to say I believe that girl is sporting with your affections.  now there is nothing but the warmest regard I feel for your happiness and welfare that could induce me to be the first to apprise? you of the fact, I have talked and reasoned with her with tears in my eyes but all to know purpose.
